We now have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Data Operator!  

This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the sports data that powers our analytics and insights. As a Data Operator, you will provide accurate and timely quality control data checks from the information provided by our sports data providers. This role requires a motivated candidate with good attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge across a variety of sports. 

You will be expected to check the integrity and accuracy of the sports data we receive, correcting issues and adding missing information as well as to map data from our providers to Smartodds datasets. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • To check the integrity and accuracy of the sports data received from our providers 

  • To correct any issues found from the data and add in any missing information 

  • To monitor quant reports and flag any issues 

  • To map data from our data providers/bookmakers to Smartodds data 


Skills & Experience 

Essential 

  • A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Works well under pressure and adheres to strict deadlines 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

  • Knowledgeable across a broad range of sports 

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and meticulous 

Preferable 

  • Experience and knowledge of SQL 

Additional Requirements 

  • Available to work weeknights and weekends as the business requires 
  • Hybrid working - a mix of onsite from our office in North London and remote working

After 3 Months
